The hotel is situated on the hilltop opposite of Vrsar, providing a beautiful view of the town, its picturesque waterfront and a line of green islets surrounding it. The beach, the sundeck and the playful swimming pools are accessible from the hotel via a short path through the shade of tall pines after which the hotel was named. The hotel is characterized by the pleasant atmosphere in the lobby opening toward the romantic piano bar and its ample terrace, as well as a variety of amenities. Since 2004 all rooms equipped with air conditioning.
