Situated on Lake Lock Road off the A642 Aberford Road the Library and Community Centre is just two miles outside Wakefield City Centre. Stanley Library and Community Centre has a hall and meeting rooms for hire. The library at Stanley have the additional facility of an attached Community Centre which allows for larger meetings, theatrical and musical performances, weddings and anniversaries etc.
