Additional details
Tumlare Corporation was founded in 1972 with its headquarters in Copenhagen and a supporting office in Stockholm. In 1976 increasing traffic from Japan to Scandinavia enabled Tumlare to open a sales office in Japan. From then it took only 2 years before Tumlare was the first incoming tour operator with its own offices in all three Scandinavian countries. In 1992 Tumlare was the first international tour operator to open an office in Moscow. Expansions continued with the opening of another operations office in Budapest to support increasing business into Eastern Europe, as well as operations offices in Helsinki, St. Petersburg, Prague, Vienna and lately Tallinn. Today Tumlare now prides itself with offering local representation in all of our destinations. The Tumlare sales force followed suit of the growth and expanded internationally to cover not only Japan but also Europe, North- and South America. Today the Tumlare network reaches around the globe and strong partnerships enable us to connect our clients to a local sales representative in their own region throughout the world. Our international sales force is constantly expanding to accommodate the growth of our markets.
