# Radisson Hotels Safety Protocol in Place # Client Testimonials: Thank you again for an absolutely perfect retreat at the Radisson Milwaukee West on Thursday, June 4. Your team provided an excellent venue, outstanding service, and a delicious lunch for our all-day meeting. The protocols and procedures you followed with our food, beverage, and staff were excellent, and everyone felt SAFE at all times. We thought the way you approached our event was the most efficient, given the “new normal” in hosting meetings. Social distancing in the room and enough space to avoid contact were well planned. Please share with the Chef our compliments on the delicious entrée salads in the charming to-go containers. We will be back for more meetings and events at the Radisson soon. After cooking for several years around Chicago and Madison, she saw how much was going to waste of this fantastic Midwestern produce. She envisioned owning a cafe that focused on delicious local produce. Hence, the Ugly Apple was born. Like the story of the Ugly Duckling, the Ugly Apple might not be bought at market but can still make a beautiful fritter.
