The Yellow Crane Tower, together with the Stork Tower, the
Yueyang Tower and the Pavilion of Prince Teng, are collectively
named “the four major Chinese ancient towers”. It is erected in the
southern bank of the Yangtze River section in Wuchang, Hubei
Province. Located on the top of Sheshan Mount with an elevation
of 61.7 meters, the 5-storey building is designed based on the
prototype of Tongzhi Tower in the Qing Dynasty. 72 magnificent
columns support the tower and 60 upswept angles extend into the
sky, make the tower a soaring yellow crane. The roof consists of
over 100,000 gilded glazed tiles.
The auxiliary buildings as cast copper yellow crane, Shengxiang
pagodas memorial gateways art corridorsand pavilions make the
main tower more magnificent. Overlooking on the roof, you can
look as far as one can, have a panoramic view of the magnificent
three towns along the surging Yangtze River.

As a solo artist, Kevin was the featured entertainer at UC San Diego’s commencement ceremony in front of 7000 people, and has played The Aventine La Jolla, Mission Bay Yacht Club, The Thursday Club, Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse and Wine Bar, Bernardo Winery, University Club, Kona Kai Resort, Cafe 21, The Prado in Balboa Park, Tipsy Crow, Mesa College Art Gallery, Del Mar Fair,Liberty Station, and Coronado Landing. Kevin was a standout alto saxophonist in elementary and middle school, then switched to tenor sax as an adult. Inspired by BB King’s killer horn section, Kevin began honing his skills playing the blues. He still loves rock and pop music and enjoys covering crowd favorites on his sax, all while pushing the limits of audience engagement, building epic solos, and creating the ultimate show.

Yes, Hilton is committed to reducing waste across our portfolio. All of our hotels were required to remove plastic straws, stir sticks and cocktail picks in 2019, and we are currently transitioning from individual bath toiletries to full-size dispensers.
