Le Divan Cukurhan est situé en face de l'entrée principale de la citadelle d'Ankara, à proximité du site qui était autrefois connu sous le nom de marché aux chevaux, et sur le côté ouest de l'actuel musée Çengelhan Rahmi M. Koç. Sous les Ottomans, les Han étaient affiliés à la Fondation Ankaravi Mehmed Emin Efendi, le cheikh ul-islam (le principal responsable religieux de l'Empire ottoman). L'hôtel propose 19 chambres et suites idéales pour la détente et le plaisir des clients.
