Le Fairfax Marriott at Fair Oaks est un hôtel haut de gamme adapté à tous les marchés, en raison de son emplacement et de son offre d'espaces de réunion. L'hôtel est situé à proximité de nombreuses grandes entreprises et de sous-traitants gouvernementaux (GD, NG,... etc.), et se trouve juste à côté de l'I-66, ce qui permet de rejoindre le centre-ville de Washington en 30 minutes de route. Le centre commercial Fair Oaks et de nombreux restaurants se trouvent en fait dans notre parking. Nos clients peuvent donc simplement marcher quelques pas pour y accéder, sans jamais traverser la rue ! Nous sommes le Marriott le plus proche de l'université George Mason, à Fairfax, en Virginie, et nous accordons une grande priorité à ce générateur de demande. L'établissement dispose de plus de 14 000 pieds carrés d'espace de réunion flexible avec d'importants espaces de détente pour accueillir de grands événements nécessitant une salle de session générale, puis plusieurs ateliers ou formations... ou des salles de repas pour tous nos groupes sportifs. Notre chef a reçu de nombreux éloges de la part de nos meilleurs clients et notre équipe de banquet offre un service impressionnant.
