À propos de nous

Le 4 octobre 2018, Maxime a retrouvé une nouvelle vie. L'ancien cabaret de 1949, qui abritait autrefois de prestigieuses agences de presse et est devenu une icône de la vie nocturne de Lisbonne au tournant du siècle, reste aujourd'hui ouvert aux artistes et à tous ceux qui souhaitent découvrir notre ville. Nous avons recouvré notre passé avec la même ambition audacieuse qui a caractérisé nos prédécesseurs. Les anciennes salles de rédaction font désormais place à 75 chambres, invitant à de nouvelles histoires à raconter dans un cadre historique et intime. Et la célèbre scène, qui a vu naître tant de talents, n'a pas éteint ses lumières. Bien au contraire : il leur permet de rester en vie. Il est aujourd'hui le plus ancien et le seul cabaret de Lisbonne. À table, nous dégustons les saveurs d'une vieille Lisbonne nostalgique, reflétant notre gastronomie régionale. Sommes-nous audacieux ? Peut-être, mais surtout, nous sommes vraiment fiers de notre passé et ouverts à ce que l'avenir nous réserve.
