Dans l'ouest des Asturies, l'hôtel Palacio Arias est une étape incontournable pour ceux qui souhaitent profiter d'un magnifique bâtiment historique, doté d'équipements modernes, et qui souhaitent être accueillis avec une gentillesse exquise. Le village de Navia est l'endroit idéal pour visiter l'ouest des Asturies, à la fois les régions intérieures et côtières. Paysage, gastronomie, activités culturelles et sportives font de cette région des Asturies, limitée à la Galice, un lieu privilégié au sein du « paradis naturel ». L'hôtel dispose de seize chambres confortables entièrement équipées. Le joyau de l'hôtel est la 315 chambres. Entièrement en bois, elle donne accès à la tour du palais, et une fois dedans, vous pourrez admirer tous les jardins et la rivière du village. Il dispose d'une salle de conférence et d'autres salles adaptées aux différentes demandes des clients (fêtes, réunions). Au même endroit que les jardins du Palacio Arias se trouvent les « Appartements Arias », plus fonctionnels, comptant quarante-deux chambres et vingt et un nouveaux appartements de différentes capacités, et bien équipés.
