August est situé dans le quartier 't Groen à Anvers, à proximité du vieux centre-ville et de la gare de Berchem. Notre hôtel de charme propose 44 chambres et suites, 4 salles de réunion, un restaurant, un bar, une boutique et un centre de bien-être privé avec un étang de baignade extérieur. August est parfaitement réuni sous la direction du légendaire architecte belge Vincent Van Duysen. August est un endroit où l'on se sent calme, confortable et comme chez soi. 't Groen Kwartier (le quartier vert) est un site réservé aux piétons situé dans l'ancien complexe hospitalier militaire. Il est situé juste à côté de PAKT, un site industriel réaménagé passionnant abritant un creuset d'entreprises créatives dans des entrepôts rénovés, ainsi qu'un ambitieux projet d'agriculture urbaine sur les toits. À proximité se trouvent également le quartier de Zurenborg, avec ses superbes demeures de style Art nouveau et fin de siècle, la brasserie De Koninck, une entreprise familiale qui brasse la bière locale « bolleke » depuis 1833, et le périphérique principal.
