Les événements spéciaux impliquant des problèmes de responsabilité doivent être approuvés par le personnel de la TCEA. Les services de restauration sur place ne sont pas fournis, mais le client a la possibilité de choisir parmi n'importe quel traiteur local pour les besoins du groupe.

Politique d'annulation

Les annulations doivent être soumises par écrit à la TCEA. La politique d'annulation suivante s'appliquera : - 30 jours avant la date de l'événement : 25 % du montant total de la location seront conservés par TCEA. - 14 à 29 jours avant la date de l'événement : 50 % du montant total de la location seront conservés par TCEA. - 0 à 13 jours avant la première date de l'événement : aucun remboursement ne sera accordé pour les annulations reçues 13 jours ou moins avant le premier jour de l'événement.

Le centre de conférence TCEA accueille confortablement des groupes de 1 à 250 personnes dans un espace fonctionnel et polyvalent. Pour que les coûts de votre événement restent dans les limites de votre budget, notre coordinateur des services de conférence vous aidera à choisir parmi n'importe quel traiteur local sans aucune réglementation et vous proposera des services de boissons à prix réduit tout au long de votre événement.
