Le nouvel AC Hotel by Marriott Miami Aventura est situé à mi-chemin entre le centre commercial Aventura et l'hippodrome et le casino de Gulfstream Park, tous deux situés à 6 minutes de l'hôtel et juste en face de l'hôpital Aventura. Avec 233 chambres, l'hôtel dispose de 5 salles de réunion, toutes dotées de baies vitrées laissant entrer beaucoup de lumière naturelle. La plus grande mesure 1 058 pieds carrés et peut accueillir 70 personnes en classe ou 80 pour les banquets. Des salles de réunion plus petites sont disponibles.
