Ce nouveau bâtiment, résolument conçu comme un non-pastiche du passé, prend place de manière assumée dans le quartier historique de la ville. Les chambres sont également imprégnées de la culture basque. Signées par Jean Philippe Nuel, les 43 chambres et suites occupent les 5 étages de l'hôtel Villa KOEGUI Bayonne. D'une superficie de 23 à 40 m², pleines d'élégance et conçues sur mesure, elles sont la signature même d'une modernité affirmée.
