The Alla Rocca Hotel is dedicated with the tradition of hospitality since 1796. It is our precise wish and desire to maintain the historic memories of a landmark that has an inspired background. In a renovated setting that blends ancient and modern times into a harmonious blend of fundamental furnishings, we offer our international clientele and local guests the atmosphere and comforts of a prestigious 4 star hotel for business stays and relaxation between Bologna and Modena. The Hotel is situated at short distances from Unipol Arena (ex Futurshowstation), Ducati and Ferrari Museum and various Golf Clubs. Our Conference Center is able to accommodate your requirements for small and large meetings, presentations and trainings in one of our meeting rooms. Strazzanti was created by the 3 Strazzanti sisters with our youngest sister & professional Chef Emilia leading the experiences directly in Sicily. We continue the story and memories of our grandparents who taught us everything about our Sicilian and Neapolitan heritage. Growing up we understood our Italian heritage through them as people, their stories and by sharing, eating and cooking the dishes that they grew up with from their homeland and using the ingredients that our relatives would send to us in England from Sicily & Naples in small parcels. When our grandparents left us, it reinforced as a family that what they taught and shared with us is a huge part of our cultural identity, and we could not risk that heritage disappearing. Together as a family and working with other Sicilian families our passion is to give back to the land and work with like-minded young entrepreneurs, landowners and farmers in Sicily to keep this heritage and Sicilian traditions, which we all lovingly grew up with, alive.
