Located near Pampulha region in Belo Horizonte, the hotel has been entirely renovated in 2023 in order to upgrade it's brand. All rooms have comfortable queen size beds, flat screen TVs with cable, minibars, work desks, digital notebook compatible safes, wooden floors and private bathrooms with all hygiene amenities. The hotel has a 24h convenience store by reception, a great restaurant that serves breakfast (included), lunch and dinner - it's flagship being pizzas and hamburgers -, playroom for kids and a fully equipped and upgraded gym. Walking distance (200m) from Del Rey mall, one of the biggest in the city, with over 180 stores, restaurants, movie theater and bowling center. It's only 4km away from downtown and Mineirão Stadium, and 3,7 km away from Minas Gerais' Federal University, UFMG.

The hotel has two newly built rooms destined to events: one being Mineirinho, which can only be used for small meetings with 12 seats by the table, big flat screen TV and a space dedicated for customed coffee breaks; and the second one is Mineirão, a larger room with the capacity for 36 people in auditorium format. The hotel also offers great and delicious options for custom coffee breaks and equipment rentals.
