L'hôtel Preda Kulmis est situé à Preda/ Bergün. Preda se trouve dans un charmant bassin de vallée au cœur d'un magnifique cadre alpin, entouré de prairies fleuries et de forêts sombres. Preda est une petite localité idyllique située sur le col de l'Albula à 1 800 mètres d'altitude et à 7 kilomètres au-dessus de Bergün. Preda est un point de départ idéal pour des excursions en montagne, de petites randonnées ou pour des excursions tranquilles à travers la vallée romantique et sauvage de l'Albula avec ses nombreuses œuvres architecturales, ses tunnels sinueux et ses imposants viaducs empruntant le chemin de fer rhétique. L'hôtel propose deux salles pouvant accueillir de 30 à 50 personnes, idéales pour les événements d'entreprise et familiaux. L'hôtel dispose de 17 chambres confortables offrant une atmosphère paisible.
