Design décontracté chic et moderne avec le style « effronté » typique de Berlin : avec plus de 377 chambres et suites, 18 salles de conférence, ainsi qu'un salon Fit and Spa avec la plus grande piscine de l'hôtel de la ville, l'hôtel allie un design intérieur avant-gardiste à une fonctionnalité simple. 18 salles de conférence d'une superficie totale de 1 610 mètres carrés sont exclusivement réservées aux réunions et aux voyages d'affaires, parmi lesquelles une salle de bal de 686 mètres carrés ainsi que l'innovant « Business Playground ». Ce dernier est basé sur un concept de réunion lancé par Pullman qui rompt délibérément avec les conventions des salles de réunion et de discussion précédentes afin de créer un espace propice à la créativité.
