À partir de 2025, le site sera enrichi d'un autre phare : un nouveau complexe immobilier de 8 500 m2 offrira un maximum de flexibilité dans un cadre contemporain en le divisant en une salle multifonctionnelle, un foyer et un deuxième centre de congrès.
