The only way to find out about it was via word of mouth. No address was given, the only clue being a sign placed in the window, “Cocktails Here”. A lot of people thought it was pretty cool, even before The New York Times wrote about it. But that was all pre-pandemic, and this is a new era. Les toilettes sont situées à chaque étage de l'aréna et de la salle d'exposition ; des panneaux indiquent les toilettes les plus proches. Toutes les toilettes sont accessibles aux personnes à mobilité réduite. Pour votre confort, des tables à langer sont situées dans la plupart des toilettes Les deux entrées principales de l'aréna sont situées dans le coin sud-ouest de l'établissement, à côté du terrain de stationnement B. L'entrée du hall d'exposition est située du côté ouest du bâtiment, dans le lot A. Les ascenseurs de l'aréna sont idéalement situés dans le hall inférieur, à gauche de l'entrée principale, et un autre est disponible dans l'aréna nord. La salle d'exposition dispose également d'un ascenseur pour les visiteurs dans le hall inférieur, à droite de l'entrée principale du hall d'exposition.
