L'hôtel Risa est une sous-marque de Super Minimak Elevators Company, la société d'ascenseurs la plus connue et la plus importante de Turquie. L'hôtel a été ouvert en 2012. Bitez, où se trouve l'hôtel, est à 8 km du centre-ville de Bodrum. Le nom de Bitez était connu sous le nom de « PEDASA » dans l'ancien temps. Les chambres de l'hôtel sont bien équipées.
