Le Taşkule Hotel est situé à Yalıkavak, ancien village de pêcheurs pittoresque sur la côte sud-ouest de la Turquie, au bord de la mer Égée. L'hôtel est situé près de la mer, à 2 minutes à pied du centre de Yalikavak, à 45 km de l'aéroport de Milas et à 15 km du centre-ville de Bodrum.
