Prezza, situé dans le quartier historique de North End de Boston, a été ouvert en 2000 par le chef et propriétaire Anthony Caturano. Nommée d'après une ville de la région des Abruzzes en Italie, ville natale de la grand-mère des Caturano, Prezza possède une atmosphère animée et accueillante et propose une carte des vins exceptionnelle avec plus de 800 bouteilles.
