Il se trouve à seulement 20 mètres des canaux les plus romantiques et les plus pittoresques, à 200 mètres de la place Burg (hôtel de ville) et de la place du marché (beffroi). Cet impressionnant manoir a été rénové avec goût en un hôtel quatre étoiles, conservant des décorations uniques des siècles passés : cheminées en marbre, peintures, escalier en chêne, poutres apparentes en chêne. L'hôtel se compose de 37 chambres entièrement meublées avec divers équipements.
