Idéalement situé entre les quartiers de Venoix et Bellevue, dans un quartier résidentiel et commercial, le Residential Hotel Bellevue propose des locations à la journée, à la semaine ou au mois et le confort de ses quatre studios entièrement équipés et meublés. Les quatre studios sont un studio meublé classique, un studio meublé de charme, un grand studio meublé de charme et un appartement meublé de deux pièces. L'hôtel dispose de 15 à 18 mètres carrés, 22 studios meublés de façon classique pour 1 à 2 personnes. Une décoration thématique se trouve dans les onze studios meublés de charme de 22 mètres carrés pouvant accueillir 1 à 3 personnes. Les six studios de charme meublés de 30 mètres carrés offrent un confort spacieux. L'hôtel propose également un appartement meublé de 2 pièces pour 2 à 5 personnes. Cet espace ouvert de la suite de 42 mètres carrés dispose de deux chambres décorées avec soin pour qu'une famille puisse y séjourner confortablement.
