Le Flacalco Suites Aparthotel compte 24 chambres et 14 appartements répartis sur deux étages, tous récemment rénovés. Vous y trouverez une atmosphère familiale accueillante, paisible et confortable. Son emplacement vous permettra de rejoindre facilement le centre de Cala Ratjada et la magnifique plage de Cala Agulla, car il est situé à environ 600 m de cette plage et à environ 200 m du centre. Le quartier est paisible et se trouve à proximité d'une pinède. Les chambres ont été entièrement rénovées en 2007. Elles sont équipées de deux lits simples et disposent d'une salle de bain complète, d'une douche moderne, d'un miroir grossissant, de la climatisation, de la télévision par satellite, d'un coffre-fort, d'un téléphone et de leur propre terrasse.
