Dans notre hôtel de charme, nous avons un taux d'attrition de 100 %, le montant total du bloc de chambres étant dû une semaine avant l'enregistrement. Une « date limite » sera communiquée au moins un mois avant l'enregistrement. Les demandes de réservation (+/-) reçues après la date limite seront basées sur la disponibilité aux tarifs en vigueur de l'hôtel. Un plan de paiement nous sera fourni pendant une période donnée pour contribuer au montant dû. Un acompte de 25 % sera perçu à la signature du contrat. À titre de rappel, pour bénéficier d'un bloc de chambres au Carmel Highlands Inn, un minimum de 5 chambres doit être réservé et donc responsable.
