The Hotel Parc Mont Avic conquest immediately the visitor thanks to the spectacular natural setting it enjoys. Located in a charming mountain village, in the countryside, it enjoys a beautiful view of the Mont Avic. Hotel Parc Mont Avic, which we like to call our “maison” for its homely atmosphere and the warmth and attentive welcome that characterizes it, offers the flavour of tradition with all the comforts of a modern facility. Far from the usual city noises and with no shops of any kind, the little village of Covarey offers all the peace and quiet needed to regenerate the body and mind. The nearest town with shops and services is 14km away.

Strazzanti was created by the 3 Strazzanti sisters with our youngest sister & professional Chef Emilia leading the experiences directly in Sicily. We continue the story and memories of our grandparents who taught us everything about our Sicilian and Neapolitan heritage. Growing up we understood our Italian heritage through them as people, their stories and by sharing, eating and cooking the dishes that they grew up with from their homeland and using the ingredients that our relatives would send to us in England from Sicily & Naples in small parcels. When our grandparents left us, it reinforced as a family that what they taught and shared with us is a huge part of our cultural identity, and we could not risk that heritage disappearing. Together as a family and working with other Sicilian families our passion is to give back to the land and work with like-minded young entrepreneurs, landowners and farmers in Sicily to keep this heritage and Sicilian traditions, which we all lovingly grew up with, alive.
