Aux alentours de Paris, près du château de Chantilly avec sa légende, la beauté de son parc, musée vivant du cheval, de ses courses de chevaux, le Potager des Princes, se trouve le Vertugadin. L'auberge de Vertugadin, à côté de cette belle région, propose une cuisine traditionnelle chaleureuse.
