Within a walking distance is situated the Central Park, the monument of Stefan cel Mare si Sfant, Opera and Ballet theatre "Maria Biesu", National Palace "Nicolaie Sulac", Republic Palace, different business centers and private companies, that make "Dacia" to be considered a hotel for businessmen.
