Politique d'annulation

POLITIQUE DE REMBOURSEMENT, D'ANNULATION/DE REPORT DE L'ÉVÉNEMENT - Si l'événement est annulé plus de trente (30) jours avant la date de l'événement, cinquante pour cent (50 %) du dépôt sera remboursé. Si vous décidez de le reporter plus de 30 jours avant l'Événement, le dépôt de votre Événement pourra être appliqué à une date d'Événement future dans les six (6) mois suivant la date initiale date prévue. Tout dépôt non utilisé dans les six (6) mois suivant la date initiale de l'événement sera perdu par le client et conservé par Topgolf. Si l'événement est annulé ou reporté à moins de trente (30) jours mais plus de sept (7) jours avant la date de l'événement, le dépôt total sera confisqué par le client et conservé par Topgolf. Si l'événement est annulé ou reprogrammé moins moins de (7) jours avant l'événement, le dépôt total sera perdu et le client est responsable du montant du contrat d'événement contracté et de tout minimum de restauration applicable. Ce la politique d'annulation reste en vigueur quelle que soit la météo le jour de l'événement prévu, car Topgolf peut être joué quelles que soient les conditions météorologiques, sauf en cas de force événement majeur (défini ci-dessous). Si vous décidez de reporter l'événement, les conditions ci-dessus peuvent s'appliquer ou le client peut se voir facturer un pourcentage du coût total de l'événement, sur la base de la location de l'espace dédié à l'événement et/ou les baies précédemment réservées par le Client et tous les frais supplémentaires encourus. FORCE MAJEURE - Les parties à cet accord d'événement seront dispensées de l'exécution de cet accord d'événement dans la mesure où une telle exécution est empêchée par un cas de force majeure. Pour aux fins de l'Accord d'événement, le terme force majeure inclut les grèves, les lock-outs, les sit-downs, les restrictions matérielles ou de main-d'œuvre imposées par toute autorité gouvernementale, les retards de transport inhabituels, des émeutes, des ouragans, des inondations, des inondations, des explosions, des tremblements de terre, des incendies, des tempêtes extraordinaires ou d'autres catastrophes naturelles, des actes de l'ennemi public, des guerres, des insurrections et/ou toute autre cause extérieure contrôle raisonnable de l'une ou l'autre des parties. Si la performance de l'Événement est excusée en raison d'un cas de force majeure susmentionné, le Client sera en mesure d'affecter l'intégralité du dépôt à un Événement reporté ou à le dépôt sera remboursé en totalité. Topgolf et le Client renoncent par la présente à toute demande de dommages et intérêts ou d'indemnisation en cas de résiliation du présent Contrat pour cause de force majeure.
