Situé au cœur du centre-ville de Columbia, en Caroline du Sud, à seulement un pâté de maisons du parc du Statehouse, le Palmetto Patio offre un mélange unique de charme du Sud et de dynamisme métropolitain. Ce lieu de 8 900 pieds carrés combine harmonieusement des espaces extérieurs et intérieurs, offrant une toile de fond polyvalente pour une variété d'événements. Le Palmetto Patio dispose d'une terrasse extérieure panoramique offrant une vue sur les rues Main et Lady, ornée d'un éclairage de bistrot pour créer une ambiance accueillante. La salle peut accueillir jusqu'à 200 invités pour des réceptions debout ou 125 pour des événements assis. Pour des réunions plus intimes, le patio peut être sectionné : le côté bar peut accueillir jusqu'à 50 personnes, tandis que le côté Lady Street peut accueillir jusqu'à 150 personnes. Des espaces de réunion intérieurs sont également disponibles, offrant une flexibilité pour différents formats d'événements.
