The restaurant features an outdoor dining patio, soaring wine displays, dry aged meat lockers for in-house aging and a lively indoor bar, ideal for all-day happy hour. Open 7 days a week, 365 days a year. First tour departs at 11:00 am during the week, and 10:00 am during the weekend and holidays. Last tour depends on the sunset, which varies by season.
