Hotel Parco Serrone, is situated in the quite of the pre – murgiana country but at only 3 kms from the city of Corato, near the suggestive Castel del Monte, the enchanting Trulli di Alberobello, let alone the famous Apulia's Romanesque chatedrals, the Caves of Castellana and the impressive “Sassi” of Matera, all declared “World Heritage” by the UNESCO. The 46 rooms of Hotel Parco Serrone are large, comfortable and equipped with the most modern conveniences. The Hotel also offers four meeting rooms holding from 10 to 400 people. It is characterized by the warm welcome it has always extended to its guests and by the elegance and refinement of its surroundings that make it an ideal place to stay for those visiting the "Apulia country" either for leisure or business.

Strazzanti was created by the 3 Strazzanti sisters with our youngest sister & professional Chef Emilia leading the experiences directly in Sicily. We continue the story and memories of our grandparents who taught us everything about our Sicilian and Neapolitan heritage. Growing up we understood our Italian heritage through them as people, their stories and by sharing, eating and cooking the dishes that they grew up with from their homeland and using the ingredients that our relatives would send to us in England from Sicily & Naples in small parcels. When our grandparents left us, it reinforced as a family that what they taught and shared with us is a huge part of our cultural identity, and we could not risk that heritage disappearing. Together as a family and working with other Sicilian families our passion is to give back to the land and work with like-minded young entrepreneurs, landowners and farmers in Sicily to keep this heritage and Sicilian traditions, which we all lovingly grew up with, alive.
