Crans-Montana est une station de ski au cœur des Alpes suisses du Valais, située sur un plateau au-dessus de Sierre. Le complexe est une fusion des deux villages distincts de Crans et Montana. La municipalité politique est connue sous le nom de Montana. Le domaine skiable de Crans-Montana comprend 140 km de pistes et est surmonté par la Plaine Morte à 3000 m.
Crans-Montana est célèbre pour l'organisation des Championnats du monde de ski alpin FIS 1987.
