Welcome to Barley Bree, a family-run restaurant with rooms in Muthill, Perthshire. Here you will find the finest Scottish ingredients prepared with French skill and imagination. Barley Bree has six inviting, stylishly decorated bedrooms, all with en-suite facilities. It is a delightful venue for anniversaries, birthdays, retirements and intimate weddings. The restaurant seats up to 50 and can create a one-off menu to suit the party. Barley Bree is the perfect venue for any event. Talk to us about what you would like and we can tailor it to your needs. We do all the hard work leaving you free to be the perfect host. Even the most jaded corporate type can be persuaded to unwind at Barley Bree.

Over the past fifteen (15) years, we’ve grown from one (1) Thriller vessel to the current operation of three (3) Thriller Vessels, and one (1) Thriller Miami Hurricane that were built for Miami’s character, charm, and local culture. Open 7 days a week, 365 days a year. First tour departs at 11:00 am during the week, and 10:00 am during the weekend and holidays. Last tour depends on the sunset, which varies by season.

The only way to find out about it was via word of mouth. No address was given, the only clue being a sign placed in the window, “Cocktails Here”. A lot of people thought it was pretty cool, even before The New York Times wrote about it. But that was all pre-pandemic, and this is a new era. Liberated from the confines of a single location, Covert Cocktail Club now brings the speakeasy right to your door—be it at your home, office, bar mitzvah, dinner party, bachelor/ette party or anywhere you choose!
