Environ 40 000 m² couvrent la totalité de l'espace intérieur et extérieur, et leur fusion permet des utilisations diverses et des concepts d'événements totalement nouveaux. Les salles d'événements individuelles et les espaces extérieurs peuvent être sélectionnés sous forme de modules ou l'espace peut être entièrement utilisé. Jusqu'à 6 000 invités peuvent se réunir et célébrer ici grâce à une excellente logistique, à une technologie moderne et à une scène flottante grandiose, ce qui rend ce lieu si unique.
