The food is distinctly 'theirs', vibrant, bold and layered. Half Colombian, half Viet, this is not your classic Viet spot. It’s next level Vietnamese; we have created our own style and flow. Phuc Yea’s culinary inspiration is a mash up of Meinhold’s ethnic heritage and Zapata’s culinary background.
