Cal Ros, restaurant de Gérone avec plus d'un siècle d'histoire. Cal Ros propose désormais une version actualisée de la cuisine de saison traditionnelle catalane, mais sans perdre les racines, les arômes et les saveurs du passé. Les pierres et les arches qui entourent le bâtiment rappellent constamment l'histoire de Cal Ros. Nous voulons que notre philosophie de cuisine et de service ait cette saveur, mais sans oublier que nous sommes au 21e siècle. Le restaurant Cal Ros propose un service de restauration privé de 4 à 100 personnes, une salle polyvalente pour les réunions, les banquets ou autres.
