From junction 13 on the M5, follow sign for Slimbridge Wildfowl Trust/Dursley. At the next roundabout go straight over and follow the drive into the Fromebridge Mill. The Fromebridge Mill is set in picturesque surroundings beside the river Frome, on the edge of Whitminster village. You’ll find the pub down a sweeping driveway and are met with floral displays and wall and hanging baskets. There’s also a big millpond and waterwheel with wildlife in abundance to observe. The pub still contains many of its original features such as wooden beams, mill workings and artefacts. It is renowned locally and with travellers alike for its great food, warm and welcoming atmosphere and hospitality, and there’s a large garden with outside seating for dining in the warmer months.
