The glorious parkland at Birtley House is available to hire for Wedding Receptions, private parties and Corporate events. The 48 acres of parkland, woodland, gardens and lake make it an ideal location for outdoor team-building activities. We can arrange clay pigeon shooting and fly-fishing. In addition, we run a series of public events throughout the year. Birtley Parkland provides a stunning backdrop and venue which can be tailored to your own requirements, for your corporate event. The 48 acre estate is set in a designated area of outstanding natural beauty, just 5 miles south of Guildford, with easy access from London and the A3.

You’ll have the best seat in the house while cruising aboard the classic 42′ Grand Banks yacht, the Rainbird. The Rainbird is meticulously maintained and cared for, and shows it throughout.
