Dans l'ancienne usine sucrière (1863-1992), le processus de production du sucre tournait à plein régime. De la vapeur, des bruits de machines et des grues décoraient le terrain de l'ancienne sucrerie (CSM). Tous ceux qui passaient pouvaient sentir la douce odeur de la betterave à sucre. Cette plus ancienne sucrerie de Hollande a fermé ses portes en 1992. Aujourd'hui, l'usine est le site le plus industriel des Pays-Bas et son caractère original est préservé. L'atmosphère qui peut être créée dans ce contexte unique rendra chaque événement éternel.
