The Radisson Hotels Safety protocol is an extension to the brand commitment which includes 20 Steps and an additional 10-Step protocol for Meetings and Events. These steps include hand sanitizing stations at all entrances, the use of Personal Protective Equipment-PPE, and protective screens, enhanced and recorded cleaning and disinfection frequency, social distancing in all areas of its hotels, reiteration of food safety standards and comprehensive staff training. The hotel houses modern event facilities, which include 13 conference and banquet rooms for up to 300 guests. Yes, Re-usable water bottles, plastic straws and stirrers replaced with eco-friendly alternatives offered on request by 2021. Working to replace branded plastic pens with pencils or recyclable pens. Giveaway sweets are wrapped in wood-based foil wrappers

Yes, Our owner, S Group is Finland's largest producer of solar electricity. In S Group, guarantees of origin for renewable electricity have been obtained for all electricity used, and all electricity used is renewable.
