Cet hôtel récemment rénové est relié au principal centre de conventions d'Helsinki, le Messukeskus. L'hôtel Holiday Inn® Helsinki - Expo, rouvert ses portes en mars 2019, se trouve dans le quartier des affaires de Pasila, à 15 km de l'aéroport d'Helsinki (HEL).
