Tunxi Lodge is located in the famous Tunxi Old Street (“Lou” street in Mandarin) in Tunxi, a beautiful ancient town lying at the foot of the Mt. Huangshan in Anhui Province. The Tunxi Old Street has a history of more than 700 years which can be traced back to the Song Dynasty. Tunxi Lodge, a dual-building complex of which no.15 (the main building) has 3 storeys while no.17 (the annex building) has 4 storeys, preserves the indigenous Huizhou architectural style. Its white walls, black-tiled roofs with horse-head eaves and traditional carvings blend in the simple yet clean décor, allowing you to have a real touch of the local history and lifestyle. Tunxi Lodge’s classical environment and friendly service will enlighten your trip to Huangshan. Whether you are enjoying a cup of coffee at the Café & Bar in Tunxi Lodge or strolling along the Tunxi Old Street, you will be pampered by the historical and cozy ambience of this charming ancient town. There are 38 guestrooms in Tunxi Lodge, of which some have a good view of the Tunxi Old Street.
