Le Ranch propose trois lieux distincts pour les événements. Le premier lieu est le pavillon pouvant accueillir 150 personnes dans un cadre semi-extérieur et offrant des vues pittoresques. Le deuxième lieu est le James Marshall Manor House, un bed and breakfast de dix chambres idéal pour les petites réunions pouvant accueillir 19 personnes en occupation double.
