Ouvert depuis décembre 1993, Ulus 29 est détenu et géré par Metin Fadıllıoğlu. Un nom synonyme de service de qualité, d'ambiance et d'expérience culinaire raffinée aux amateurs de gastronomie locale et internationale. L'Ulus 29 est situé au sommet d'une colline dans le quartier chic d'Ulus. La salle à manger intérieure est dotée de baies vitrées offrant une vue imprenable sur le détroit du Bosphore et les deux ponts reliant les côtes européenne et asiatique. De plus, la terrasse est ouverte pendant les mois d'été pour votre plus grand plaisir. Le décor d'Ulus 29 a été conçu par Zeynep Fadıllıoğlu, une architecte d'intérieur de renommée internationale, et son équipe ZF Design. L'Ulus 29 est ouvert tous les jours à partir de 18 h 30 pour le dîner et du lundi au vendredi de midi à 15 h pour le déjeuner. L'atmosphère du Food Bar, à la fois chic et confortable, offre une ambiance vivante, dynamique et jeune, avec de la musique au premier plan. En plus de commander à partir du menu du restaurant, les clients peuvent choisir de déguster nos délicieux amuse-gueules accompagnés de cocktails rafraîchissants préparés par nos talentueux barmen. Nos DJ résidents jouent une variété de musique tous les soirs. Le Club 29 se trouve également sur place : il est ouvert tous les vendredis et samedis soirs. Le Club 29 est « l'endroit où il faut être » et c'est aussi un endroit où vous pouvez passer du temps avec des clubbers et des célébrités de Turquie et de l'étranger. Le chef exécutif Mert Şeran et toute l'équipe de cuisine d'Ulus 29 sont passionnés par la cuisine. Ils combinent des techniques de cuisine classiques avec nos propres interprétations et compréhension de la gastronomie pour créer des plats uniques et innovants. La carte des vins a été créée et élaborée avec un soin méticuleux par Stéphane Vattepain, sommelier très expérimenté. En plus d'acquérir certains des meilleurs millésimes auprès de producteurs de vin turcs et internationaux, il a également suivi attentivement les progrès de la nouvelle génération de producteurs de vin turcs. Ulus 29 encourage nos clients à visiter la cave à vin pour faire leur sélection de vins. La cave à vin comprend une sélection d'environ 4 500 bouteilles de vin provenant de 320 producteurs de vin locaux et internationaux.

Once upon a time in 2016, Matt Levy, founder of Covert Cocktail Club, hosted a secret speakeasy as an intimate place for strangers to gather in his home. The only way to find out about it was via word of mouth. No address was given, the only clue being a sign placed in the window, “Cocktails Here”. A lot of people thought it was pretty cool, even before The New York Times wrote about it. But that was all pre-pandemic, and this is a new era. Liberated from the confines of a single location, Covert Cocktail Club now brings the speakeasy right to your door—be it at your home, office, bar mitzvah, dinner party, bachelor/ette party or anywhere you choose!

A born showman, Kevin DelMastro brings a visual and musical spectacle to lounges, cocktail parties, weddings, romantic dates, and corporate events. Offering jazz, blues, Latin, funk, soul, dance, and instrumentals of pop and rock favorites, Kevin loves entertaining and starting the party with his big sax sound and professional backing tracks. He specializes in giving a unique experience to his clients by catering to their taste and style. If the event is mellow, he blends in with smooth background music. If the event is high-energy, he amps it up with high energy music, often dancing with guests as he plays. Engaging, personable, and dynamic, Kevin has officiated weddings and emceed events, bringing a unique blend of talent and personality. He has helped create the appeal of Full Strength Funk Band, as a founding member, and has played all over San Diego and Orange County with Liquid Blue, Wild Nights, Tom Benzon, Casanova Serenade and even with the Tito Puente band as a guest artist for a Latin jazz special. As a solo artist, Kevin was the featured entertainer at UC San Diego’s commencement ceremony in front of 7000 people, and has played The Aventine La Jolla, Mission Bay Yacht Club, The Thursday Club, Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse and Wine Bar, Bernardo Winery, University Club, Kona Kai Resort, Cafe 21, The Prado in Balboa Park, Tipsy Crow, Mesa College Art Gallery, Del Mar Fair,Liberty Station, and Coronado Landing. Kevin was a standout alto saxophonist in elementary and middle school, then switched to tenor sax as an adult. Inspired by BB King’s killer horn section, Kevin began honing his skills playing the blues. He still loves rock and pop music and enjoys covering crowd favorites on his sax, all while pushing the limits of audience engagement, building epic solos, and creating the ultimate show.
