L'hôtel 5 étoiles supérieur Victoria-Jungfrau Grand Hotel & Spa est situé dans le cœur pittoresque de la Suisse. Il bénéficie d'un emplacement privilégié et pittoresque, entre deux magnifiques lacs et au pied de la Jungfrau éternellement enneigée. Ouvert en 1865, l'hôtel combine le style et la sophistication d'antan avec le confort et les commodités les plus modernes du 21e siècle. Une clientèle exigeante est assurée de profiter d'une ambiance attrayante à l'élégance décontractée. L'hôtel compte 216 chambres de luxe, dont 106 suites et suites junior. Les salles de conférence attrayantes peuvent accueillir de 4 à 400 personnes et disposent d'installations techniques ultramodernes. Les clients peuvent également choisir parmi deux restaurants renommés de l'hôtel : « La Terrasse » (16 points au GaultMillau), célèbre pour sa cuisine française innovante, et le « Ristorante e Pizzeria Sapori », qui sert une gamme remarquable de plats italiens traditionnels. Un autre point de rencontre populaire est le bar de l'hôtel, avec son salon pour fumeurs et sa cave à cigares.
