Our first restaurant in Orange County is located in the heart of Irvine Spectrum Center, a premier shopping, dining and lifestyle destination in Southern California. Upon entering the restaurant, guests have a panoramic view of the dining room featuring an open kitchen window to showcase our gaucho chefs at the churrasqueria grill. The main dining room is anchored by a white Carrara Market Table and our signature bas-relief interpretation of Antonio Carigni’s O Lacador statue, the embodiment of the gaucho culture. The Irvine location also features a contemporary bar with lounge seating and California design influence, elegant private dining room and expansive patio with al fresco dining options.

He is able to perform wirelessly, walking around while performing, interacting with the crowd, and raising the energy of the room. Dylan’s past clients include Delta Airlines, Wells Fargo, and Zadig & Voltaire, and his past performances include the biggest tech event in the world: The Consumer Electronic Show, The Venetian in Las Vegas, SLS Hotel in Beverly Hills, the Fairmont Grand Del Mar, Terranea Resort, W Hotel Hollywood, M&T Bank Stadium and Northwest Stadium. Dylan has performed at a huge range of venues across the US, from intimate dinner parties to huge festivals of thousands. Dylan has an extensive history in music, including recording at the legendary East West Studios, where Elvis, The Beatles, U2, and Harry Styles also recorded. He’s recorded with Hans Zimmer’s first violinist, Dua Lipa’s cellist, and frequently performs with Cindy Lauper’s keyboard player. He has released original music on Spotify and has co-directed and starred in several music videos, shared stages with members of the off-Broadway musical STOMP, and even composed music for the documentary “The Essential Church,” which peaked at #1 in the Apple TV Documentaries category. His extensive education and experience playing music have helped him to develop a very discerning ear and musicality, and he can easily perform a bespoke set list that is individually crafted for every audience. He can arrange his own song list and create a performance that fits the mood and energy of your event, often starting with soft acoustic instrumental music and slowly increasing the energy as the night progresses. Against all odds, we have opened up our newest restaurant, Serafina, This little gem of a restaurant, perched on top of Nob Hill, has truly been a labor of love, as we were set to open at the end of February, and then had to do so during the ensuing pandemic....We are so excited about Serafina, which has been a concept in the making for many years for us. Serafina was Maurizio’s grandmother, and the name of her eponymous restaurant in the heart of Trastevere (Rome), where Maurizio first began making pizzas at the age of 14. She was a tough woman and wonderful chef.. an inspiration for his love of cooking then, and inspiration of how he is determined to persevere despite the difficult circumstances of today. We hope to create a warm, elegant space where neighbors and friends can come together. We have an amazing team with our partner Giuseppe Terminiello, the co-owner of Piccolo Forno with us (we also own Ideale, in North Beach as well), and Umberto Cannarsa, an accomplished and incredibly talented chef from Rome, who had his own successful restaurants there.
