The Seed a été offert à Istanbul en tant que tout nouveau centre d'activités. Grâce à son emplacement unique sur le Bosphore et à sa structure architecturale, le Seed fournit des services à des marques exclusives, à des organisations et à des clients privés avec sa salle de conférence, de congrès et de concert pouvant accueillir 330 personnes et peut proposer des services de dîner pour 800 personnes et des services de cocktails jusqu'à 1 000 personnes.
