Le Four Points by Sheraton Izmir est situé dans le cadre du projet Mistral Tower. L'hôtel 4 étoiles est conçu avec 8 000 mètres carrés d'espace, comprenant 110 chambres, cinq salles de réunion, un restaurant et un bar. Les chambres spacieuses offrent un confort optimal grâce à leurs technologies de pointe et à leurs immenses terrasses. Les très grandes terrasses offrent aux clients une vue unique sur le paysage du golfe. Des chambres spéciales ont également été construites pour les personnes handicapées en plus des suites et des chambres standard. Pour des aventures supplémentaires, l'hôtel est situé dans un complexe qui abrite un centre commercial gastronomique, des résidences et des bureaux, où les clients peuvent trouver tout ce dont ils ont besoin. Pour ceux qui souhaitent sortir de l'hôtel, la station de métro Sanayi se trouve à 5 minutes à pied.
